Bay Packaging has long been a leader in the abatement of water pollution. In
fact, the Green Bay Mill was the first in the industry to develop the concept
and practice of zero discharge technology in processing wastewaters. In
September 1992, this mill became the first in the world to use a completely
closed process water system.
